Founded in October of 2008, the Partnership for Community Transformation’s vision is to see local communities use the assets already in the community to bring about social, cultural and spiritual transformation.  Our mission is to form partnerships with churches and faith based groups to encourage, teach, equip and coach them in the Asset Based Community Development framework.
